Dataset

INSPECT is a collection of 19,402 deidentified longitudinal electronic health records (EHRs) sourced from Stanford Medicine.

Datasheet#

INSPECT contains:

• 19,402 patients
• 23,248 CTPA studies
• 238,492,771 medical events
• 3 fully linked modalities

Each patient consists of (1) an ordered timeline of clinical events taken from the structured data of their EHR (2) CTPA scans (3) paired radiology reports.

Access#

These assets will be publicly shared in coming months, under a standard research Data Usage Agreement. We will update this page once the dataset is available.
